twcbet Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and twcbet ("twcbet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at twcbet.asia. Please read this Agreement carefully in its entirety before creating an account or placing any wager on the twcbet platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by twcbet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the twcbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the twcbet website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at twcbet.asia and any sub-domains thereof.
• "Account" means the individual member account created by you on the Platform.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" means the MYR-denominated funds held in your twcbet Account for the purpose of placing wagers.
• "Bonus Credits" means any promotional funds, free spins, or other non-cash value credited to your Account pursuant to a twcbet promotion, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds you have deposited from personal accounts, excluding Bonus Credits.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Credits or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1. By accessing the Platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood this Agreement; (b) you are at least 21 years of age; (c) you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction; (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party; and (e) you are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited.

2.2. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if you hold an Account, contact twcbet support to request its closure.

2.3. twcbet reserves the right to modify, supplement, or replace this Agreement at any time. Amendments shall take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1. Age Restriction. The twcbet Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. twcbet may require age verification documentation at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Accounts held by persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated balances will be forfeited.

3.2. One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. twcbet employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, twcbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and retain all balances therein.

3.3. Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.4. Verification. twcbet conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification procedures as required by international gaming authority standards. You agree to submit any documentation requested by twcbet for the purpose of verifying your identity, age, address, and payment methods. twcbet may restrict or suspend Account functionality pending completion of verification.

4. Account Management

4.1. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. twcbet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

4.2. Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify twcbet immediately via the 24/7 live chat or support email.

4.3. Account Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting twcbet support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after satisfaction of outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus Credits not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

4.4. Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. twcbet will notify you via registered email prior to any dormant account charges being applied. Dormant account administration fees, if applicable, will be disclosed in the relevant policy in force at the time.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1. Accepted Payment Methods. twcbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Malaysian members: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB internet banking, Public Bank internet banking, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). twcbet reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.

5.2. Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time in most circumstances, subject to processing times of the relevant payment provider.

5.3. Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed by twcbet within ten (10) minutes for e-wallet methods and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfer methods, subject to completion of applicable verification procedures. twcbet reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity is suspected.

5.4. Same-Method Withdrawals. twcbet operates a same-method withdrawal policy where practicable, meaning withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit. This policy is applied as a fraud prevention measure.

5.5. Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). twcbet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1. twcbet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

6.2. Bonus Credits are credited separately from your Real Money Balance and will be applied to bets only after your Real Money Balance has been exhausted, unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3. twcbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, where required to do so for regulatory compliance or where abuse of the promotion is detected.

6.4. Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously through the use of multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in Account suspension.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1. All games available on the twcbet Platform are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

7.2. All live dealer games on the twcbet Platform are operated by third-party studio providers, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Playtech Live. Game outcomes from live dealer studios are determined by real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in certified studio environments.

7.3. All software-based (RNG) games use certified random number generation technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent long-run theoretical payout percentages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.

7.4. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round, twcbet will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager amount will be returned to the Member's Account as the default resolution.

7.5. twcbet reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction. Members will be notified of any voided bets and the wager amount will be returned to their Account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the twcbet Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to access or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Collusion with other players, casino staff, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits, winnings, or other advantages;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms;
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Registering an Account on behalf of a third party or allowing another person to use your Account;
• Charging back any deposit or reversing any payment made to the Platform through your payment provider;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by twcbet or any other gaming operator.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1. twcbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. twcbet provides all Members with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that restrict the total amount you may deposit within the specified period.
• Loss Limits: Configurable limits on the total amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session termination after a defined play duration, with on-screen reminders.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent exclusion from the Platform, which once activated cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All content on the twcbet Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game assets, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of twcbet or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without twcbet's prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. twcbet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

11.2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, twcbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform; (c) any errors in game outcomes due to technical malfunction; or (d) any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.

11.3. twcbet's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the value of the Member's Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises.

12. Privacy

12.1. twcbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments

13.1. twcbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Changes take effect on the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement.

14. Governing Law

14.1. This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under twcbet's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes not resolved through twcbet's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

14.2. Dispute Resolution. If a dispute remains unresolved, it may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority dispute resolution body.
